Karen Voight´s DVD is divided into different training sections, 3 short cardio segments (about 9,7 and 8 min. long), 2 strength sections (about 8 and 6 min. long) as well as an abs and a butt segment. Each of the cardio sections are being interrupted by the two strength circuits. |
