Karen Voight´s DVD is divided into different training sections, 3 short cardio segments (about 9,7 and 8 min. long), 2 strength sections (about 8 and 6 min. long) as well as an abs and a butt segment.  Each of the cardio sections are being interrupted by the two strength circuits.

The step sequences are varied, challenging and very quick and that keeps your heart rate up. Nothing for beginners and also intermediats could get problems to follow Karen. Apart from that the choreography is not too difficult.

The strength workouts are well done. All important muscle groups are involved and by using heavier weights you can increase your own fitness level.

In addition there is a very good abs and butt routine. These exercises are also varied and demanding.

The menu allows to customize your own workout or to do it completely.

It is a really good DVD. I don´t give the full score because of the quick changing step seqeuences. Suitable for intermediates and the advanced.    4 points
