Denise Austin´s DVD contains 7 different leg and butt programs. They are cut-together from other Denise Austin´s fitness DVDs including two Pilates workouts.
The exercises of the 7 routines mostly differ and if they are similar Denise is able to modify these exercises by using dumbbells, resistance band and stability ball (the latter is a little bit tricky). Due to this you get a varied possibility to bring your lower body into shape.
These workouts are suitable for intermediates but some of them can also be mastered by beginners. Denise Austin gives precise instructions how to carry out the different exercises and explains which muscles are being trained.
Also on this DVD Denise kept to her principle of trying to motivate the trainee always by the same standard phrases. That might be nasty to one or the other. But the menu allows to choose the workout sections only with background music.
